I really like the doctors and the staff, but the software and scheduling are a hot mess. I get flooded with emails and texts and robo calls when my appointments approach. This time Dotson was closed and I got no less than 4 phone calls telling me I had to reschedule or go to Huffmeister- three of those calls AFTER I’d already said I’d go to Huffmeister. The flood of calls, emails, and texts is almost enough to have me seek alternatives. I recommend the doctors but be prepared for some awful back office support.

Dr. Puppala carefully examines the patient and medical records. He has an uncanny ability to spot changes in health and to recommend remedies. His assistant is always friendly and competent. I feel well cared for.

Dr. Puppala is a highly knowledgeable Pulmonary Practitioner. I have known him for over ten years. He really helped my Sleep Apnea.

Where do I began Dr. Yerramsetti has been my Immunologist Pulmonary Physician for many years. This man saves lives. For complex cases to regular, I drive to come see him from Fort Bend County. I have entrusted my entire family with him. My body used to be foreign to me. Now through all his insights and educations and management, my entire well being is under control. I finally have peace of mind and confidence about my wellness. Dr. Y has improved my entire quality of life. I was able to marry happily and include my husband’s well being into his practice.
