Had to call back twice once to get the time on my new appointment they gave me and second I got denied from the hospital because they didn't put on the form whether I needed an MRI or CAT scan. Still waiting to get approved The doctor was great. The nurses were awesome. Overall a good business

The dr and his crew are so thorough and kind, he will explain everything and really take the time to know as much as he can from his patients, my health has greatly improved since I got the inmuno therapy. I am very grateful

My dissatisfaction is with the Office on Dotson Rd. Their billing department staff is rude and unhelpful. I asked for help with billing and my insurance and they refused because the doctor is no longer working at the practice. I tried to explain that they are still responsible with helping and they refused before they even knew what I needed and asked me to hunt for the doctor elsewhere for any questions or concerns. Their office manager is not reachable through the email they provided and there are no hours where she could be reached in office, phone number for her, and they would not take a request for her to contact me. I would look for a different office because you will probably have to deal with the office personnel and they will not help you when it is there exact job to do so.

I find Dr Y and Stephanie to be good providers and very knowledgeable. It is very difficult to talk to individuals on the phone. Always able to get an appointment. The staff at the front checking could be a bit more polite in my experience. Thank you
